Authorities with over 5,000 populations are listed for the EU, Norway & Switzerland whilst 10,000 + inhabitants is the minimum level for Central & Eastern Europe.
Full Access to 'elgo' is through subscription available at two levels:
'Research' Subscription: 12-month access to names and details of over 56,000 directors and officers within 14,000 authorities - 'read only'
'Export' Subscription: 12-month access to download and export unlimited full contact information, ideal for marketing into and across European Government.
'Public' access - free of charge, view only, authority level only
